A simple four-step process
Step One
Discovery Consultation
Every great build starts with understanding you.
In a free consultation with Alice and Marlon, we’ll explore your travel style, wishlist, and budget to shape your perfect camper — whether that means a signature layout or a fully bespoke design.
Already have a van? Great! Need help sourcing one? We’ve got you covered.
Once your vision is clear, you’ll receive a detailed quote outlining inclusions and next steps.
Step Two
Co-Design
A 25% deposit secures your build slot and begins our collaborative design phase.
Together, we’ll refine every detail — from cabinetry layouts to material samples.
Our in-house 3D architect will render your choices in a hyper realistic 3D model so you know exactly how your camper will look and feel before we begin.
Step Three
Production
Once designs are approved and your van arrives at our Gold Coast workshop, the build begins.
A second 25% payment starts production, with another at the halfway mark.
Each Terra Camper is handcrafted by our small team, so you’ll always have a direct line to the people creating your home on wheels.
We’ll keep you regularly updated with photos and progress reports as your camper takes shape.
Step Four
Handover & Support
At handover, your camper undergoes a full inspection and walkthrough so you’re confident with every system. You’ll also receive a digital handover guide and video.
Once the final balance is complete, your Terra Camper is officially yours — ready for adventure.
You’ll drive away with a 12-month workmanship warranty and ongoing support whenever you need it, long after you hit the road.

Our builds typically start around $40,000 for compact layouts and range up to $80,000+ for larger, premium, or fully bespoke conversions.
We offer two specification levels — Base and Premium — each with its own inclusions, materials, and finish options. Every element can be tailored to suit your lifestyle, travel needs, and budget.
Each project is quoted individually, ensuring transparency and flexibility from the very start.

You’re more than welcome to bring your own vehicle, or we can help you source the right base van through our trusted dealer network — new or used, depending on your preferences and budget.

We take on only two to three builds at a time to invest our full attention in your van and the quality of it.
Most builds take 8–12 weeks from the day your van arrives at our workshop, depending on the layout, materials, and level of customisation.
We’ll provide a clear timeline before starting and keep you updated throughout the process.

Yes. All Terra Campers are inspected and certified by ___ before handover.
All our vans are supplied with a modification plate, electrical certifications and are built to Australian Design Rules (ADR) and RVSA compliance standards.
Our team of licensed professionals include carpenters, electricians and plumbers.

Each camper includes a 12-month workmanship warranty covering all fixtures, fittings, and systems we’ve installed. We also offer ongoing support — you can always reach us for advice or assistance.

Every Terra Camper is handcrafted at our Gold Coast workshop in Arundel. While we don’t have a glamorous showroom, we welcome visits to our workshop by appointment where you’ll be able to see exactly how we build and the quality that goes into each project; complete transparency, as it should be.

We offer nationwide delivery and can help arrange transport or coordinate your pickup directly from our Gold Coast workshop — wherever you are, we’ll make sure your camper gets to you safely and ready for adventure.

Absolutely. Each of our signature layouts can be adapted to suit your lifestyle, travel needs, or aesthetic preferences. If you have a specific vision, we also offer bespoke design services where we create a layout entirely from the ground up.
After your design phase, once production begins, changes are limited. This helps us keep your build on schedule and within budget.
